Penne al Brandy

Day 17 of NaVloPoMo sorry this post is longer than I thought it would be. I guess the dish is a bit harder to vlog than I thought! I show everyone my world famous Penne dish. I make this for everyone, I even made it for Jay when he came to visit. Anyway I hope you all like it and if you make the receipe, let me know how it turns out!

Receipe:

Chicken

2 chicken breasts cut into cubes

1 teaspoon of black pepper

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1 1/2 teaspoon of italian seasonings

1 1/2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.

mix together and then cook over high heat in Wok until done.

Penne al Brandy

3 1/2-4 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

4-5 cloves of garlic (minced)

1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

1/4 teaspoon of red pepper

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of basil

1 shot of Brandy

1 14.5 oz can of tomatos (peeled)

1 box of penne pasta

parmesan cheese

Put olive oil, garlic, peppers, salt and basil in sausepan, cook slowy of med-low heat for 5-10 minutes. Start water for pasta, continue cooking mixture until the water boils, then add the tomatos and juice to the mixture. Turn the mixture to low and add pasta to the boiling water. Cook for 8 minutes, then add the brandy to the mixture and cook for 2 more minutes. Drain pasta, (do not rinse) put the pasta back in the pot, add the mixture and let sit for 2 minutes. Plate and serve!
