My birthday is coming up, too and I find that I’m seized with panic about it in a way I never have been before. I have all the same questions and “complaints”. What am I doing with my time? What am I missing? Shouldn’t I be doing something cool? What the hell have I been wasting my time on!
Oh, nothing. Just life, is all. No waste there.

Heath – I loved this. It’s one of those things I personally can use being reminded of on a regular basis. I get very confused about the various and sundry competitive energies I experience in myself, and the utter simplicity in this was perfect for me today.

Can you imagine ever making 300 videos? And we’ve only just started. Imagine what it’ll be like when we’re both 70?
It’s really interesting seeing those photos which was the “old” way of documenting ourselves. As you’ve shown, these short videos are now the way our grand kids will remember us. Much much richer in feeling and depth.
Heath, i would be a much more angrier about certain topics without the insight you give me. That’s an accomplishment.
